This orange hot chocolate recipe is so rich and indulgent, you would never guess it’s dairy free!
A perfect treat for these cold afternoons or cosy evenings on the couch. It is so simple to make too, with just 2 ingredients: A mug of milk (oat or nut work well) and 30g of Nobó Orange Chocolate ( a full button or just under half a large bar).
Method:
- Heat your milk in a small pan until very hot (but not boiling).
- Roughly chop a Nobó Choc into small pieces. Leave aside a small amount to grate on top. Our Orange works great but you can also use our Smooth & Creamy or Salted flavour depending on your preference.
- Add the hot milk and Choc to a blender and whizz until frothy and smooth.
- Pour into a large mug (or 2 small ones if sharing) and top with grated Choc.
- Sip and enjoy.
If you need a caffeine fix you can also make this into a mocha using just half a disc, coffee and milk.
