About the Role: 

We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Catering Manager to join our team to assist in running our kitchen and food offering, and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation. You will: Manage and supervise the catering team to deliver a nutritious and varied food offer, all with health as its focus, Manage compliance with food hygiene, health & safety regulations, and allergen management protocols. In conjunction with senior management, asses and manage budgets effectively, ensuring cost control and value for money.

What it involves:

    • In conjunction with senior management, asses and manage budgets effectively, ensuring cost control and value for money.

What's needed:  

    • Previous exposure to catering, hospitality, or client management role. Experience in managing busy customer service orientated units 
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team. A proactive and solution-focused mindset. Flexibility to support weekend operations if required.
    • Ability to work most Saturdays & Sundays.
    • Must be a self starter

Location:

Role is based in Ranelagh, Dublin, Ireland.

Our Interview Process:

  • First-stage interviews will be conducted with a short 20minute in person meeting.  
  • Second-stage interviews will provide an opportunity for more in-depth conversation about the role and the candidate's previous work experience. We will also ask candidates to deliver a short pitch on how approach the opportunity and drive sales within the store. 
  • All candidates will be notified of the outcome after all interviews are completed.
