Our limited edition early harvest olive oil is produced with young olives from a small grove near Vicenza, Northern Italy. The olives are hand picked from early October until mid-November while they are still very green. While the yield is lower at this stage, the vibrant flavour is worth it. The early harvesting and cold extraction also locks in a high polyphenol content, which contributes to the oil’s unique, peppery taste & health benefits. We’ve left this oil unfiltered to keep it as close to its natural state as possible.
Serving Suggestions:
A big mouthful of flavour, with a long grassy, peppery aftertaste this olive oil is best enjoyed to top salads, on bruschetta, toast or to finish any dish.
