Creating a caramel without any sugar, butter or cream was quite the task! But we’re over the moon with the end result and this may be our best flavour yet. Coconut Sugar (boasted for it’s health properties and low GI status) provides a mellow caramel and burnt toffee flavour, while award winning Irish Atlantic Sea salt acts as a salty counterpart. The balance of sweet and salty create a mouthwatering and velvety smooth ice cream alternative.
