We are very proud of how we do things at Nobó. It took us two whole years (and many samples) to create our version of 'milk chocolate', one which is plant based, minimally processed and doesn't use any refined sugar.
We’ve always firmly believed our creation could hold its own in terms of taste against typical milk chocolate.
So, when entering the Irish Food Awards this year, we decided to take a chance and enter into the main chocolate category, not the free from/dairy free category.
Therefore it makes it extra special for us to announce that we are Blas na hÉireann 2021 FINALISTS in the chocolate category!!
Our Smooth & Creamy bar has done us proud and to say we're over the moon would be an understatement!
